I just wanted to mention, where staff and students could see it, how impressed I was with both Kyle and Theresa this weekend.  You both did very well in a crisis, and kept your heads better than it's fair to expect people of your age to have to do, and I think you both deserve credit for that, and it shouldn't be forgotten in the shock of the aftermath. 

You should both be proud of yourselves, as I'm sure the rest of the staff and students are.

Don't go doing yourself down. If that'd happened to me when I was your age, I'd have been in a much worse state than you were, and you were quick enough off the mark as soon and you could breathe.
